摘要

目的

修订亲子疏离问卷（Inventory of Alienation toward Parents，IAP），检验其在军人中的信效度并初步构建常模，为评估军人亲子疏离水平与等级提供科学工具。

方法

通过分层整群随机抽样，从8个陆军单位抽取8 641名军人，采用18题青少年IAP、贝克抑郁量表第2版（Beck Depression Inventory-Ⅱ，BDI-Ⅱ）及广泛性焦虑量表（Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7，GAD-7）进行调查。利用SPSS 27.0和AMOS 26.0软件对数据进行项目分析、探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析并检验信度。用修订后的16题IAP构建均数、百分位、划界和分类常模。

结果

①项目分析删除条目3和12。②探索性因子分析提取原沟通和情感距离两因子；验证性因子分析模型拟合良好，母子疏离问卷：χ

/df=4.248，比较拟合指数（comparative fit index，CFI）=0.962，塔克-刘易斯指数（Tucker-Lewis Index，TLI）=0.929，近似误差均方根（root mean square error of approxima

tion，RMSEA）=0.028，标准化残差均方根（standardized root mean squared residual，SRMR）=0.023；父子疏离问卷：χ

/df=5.41，CFI=0.939，TLI=0.901，RMSEA=0.032，SRMR=0.044。③量表内部一致性信度良好（0.744~0.888）。④IAP总分及母子、父子疏离得分和抑郁、焦虑显著正相关（

0.01）。⑤军人IAP总分为（17.27±4.21）分，母子疏离（8.64±2.26）分、父子疏离（8.62±2.43）分。以

为划界点，IAP总分划分为正常（16分）、中度（17~19分）和严重（≥20分）3个等级，并根据不同特征建立分类常模。

结论

修订形成的16题军人亲子疏离问卷信效度良好，并初步构建了具有代表性的常模，可用于评估军人亲子疏离水平和等级。

Abstract

Objective‍　‍To revise the Inventory of Alienation Toward Parents (IAP) and test its reliability and validity in a military population in order to provide a scientific tool for assessing the level and grade of parent-child alienation among military personnel. Methods‍　‍Whole-cluster stratified random sampling was used to subject 8 641 service members from 8 Army units. Then all participants were surveyed with 18-item adolescent IAP

Beck Depression Inventory-Ⅱ

and Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7. SPSS 27.0 and AMOS 26.0 were used to perform item analysis

exploratory factor analysis (EFA)

and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) to assess reliability and validity. Subsequently

our revised 16-item version of IAP was employed to develop means
