[蒋建新, 博士，研究员，博士研究生导师，中国工程院院士，创伤、烧伤与复合伤国家重点实验室主任，国家973计划项目首席科学家，国家科技支撑计划和军队重大专项首席科学家，国家杰出青年科学基金、军队杰出中青年科学基金获得者。担任亚洲创伤学会秘书长、国务院学位委员会学科评议组临床医学组成员、国家自然科学基金委员会医学部专家咨询委员会委员、中国医疗保健国际交流促进会创伤医学分会主任委员、中华组织修复与再生学会副主任委员；《中华创伤杂志》（英文版）总编辑、《中华创伤杂志》（中文版）副总编辑等。主持完成国家973计划、军队重大专项等30余项科研项目。获军队杰出专业技术人才奖、何梁何利基金科学与技术进步奖、吴阶平医药创新奖、中国科协西部开发突出贡献奖、王正国创伤医学基金终身成就奖、中华医学会创伤医学突出贡献奖、重庆市杰出英才奖等。入选新世纪国家百千万人才工程、首批军队高层次科技创新人才工程、重庆市英才优秀科学家等。获国家发明专利15项，先后获得国家科技进步二等奖4项（第一完成人2项）。发表论文327篇，被SCI收录论文120余篇；主编《创伤感染学》《爆炸冲击伤原理与实践》等7部专著。主要从事冲击伤与创伤感染方面的研究。E-mail：hellojjx@126.com JIANG Jianxin, E-mail: hellojjx@126.com

摘要
我军野战外科始于第二次国内革命战争，历经奠基起步、积累充实、成熟发展和战略提升4个阶段，已发展成为国家重点学科及国际上有重要影响力的学科。20世纪80年代，第三军医大学老一辈军事医学专家本着寓军于民、服务国家重大需求的家国情怀，将战时创伤与平时创伤相结合，由此推动了我国创伤医学的发展。特别是近40年来，我国战创伤医学已取得历史性成就，发生了历史性变化。现拥有国家重点实验室和国家临床医学中心，成为服务国家重大需求的战略科技力量。
Abstract
The field surgery of our army began in the year of 1927
and has gone through 4 stages
namely
foundation stage
accumulation stage
mature development stage and strategic promotion stage. It has developed into a national key discipline and an internationally recognized leader. In the 1980s
the pioneering generation of military medical experts in Third Military Medical University devoted themselves to national interests
integrated military service with civilian health care
served major national needs
and combined wartime trauma with peacetime trauma. Those endeavors promoted the development of traumatic medicine throughout China. Especially in the past 40 years
China's trauma medicine has made historic achievements and undergone historic changes
now has both a national key laboratory and a clinical medical center
and has established itself as a strategic scientific and technological force serving the major needs of the country.
