摘要

目的

调查新型冠状病毒肺炎(Corona Virus Disease 2019

COVID-19)患者的急性应激障碍(acute stress disorder

ASD)发生情况及症状分布特点。

方法

使用一般资料调查问卷、斯坦福急性应激反应问卷(Standford’s Acute Stress Response Questionnaire

SASRQ)对2020年2-3月新型冠状病毒肺炎入住军队援鄂医疗队新型冠状病毒肺炎定点收治医院的62例新型冠状病毒肺炎患者进行调查。

结果

62例参与调查的患者中，有41例出现ASD症状，发生率为66.13%；其中有分离症状者30例(48.39%)，有回避症状者24例(38.71%)，有重复体验症状者21例(33.87%)，有高警觉性症状者37例(59.68%)；发生重度急性应激障碍者24例(38.71%)，发生中度急性应激障碍者17例(21.42%)。

结论

新型冠状病毒肺炎患者急性应激障碍发生率高，以高警觉性症状较突出，重型新冠肺炎和亲属因新冠肺炎死亡的患者，ASD症状较重。临床上应高度警惕，早期识别并干预，预防ASD发展恶化。

Abstract

Objective

To investigate the prevalence and symptoms of acute stress disorder (ASD) among patients with coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).

Methods

Using a general information questionnaire and Stanford Acute Stress Response Questionnaire (SASRQ)

we surveyed 62 patients with COVID-19 admitted in a designated medical facility for COVID-19 in Hubei Province during the period from February to March

2020.

Results

Among the 62 patients

41 (66.13%) had symptoms of ASD

including 30 (48.39%) with separation symptom

24 (38.71%) with avoidance symptom

21 (33.87%) with repeated experience symptom

and 37 (59.68%) with high alert symptom. Twenty-four (38.71%) of the patients had severe ASD

and 17 (21.42%) had mild ASD.

Conclusion

ASD has a high incidence among COVID-19 patients with high vigilance as the most prominent symptom.The symptoms can be severe in patients with severe COVID-19 or in patients who experience COVID-19-related death of relatives. A high awareness and early detection and intervention of ASD are urged to prevent the progression of ASD symptoms among the COVID-19 patients.
