摘要

随着互联网普及，个体报告网络过度性行为和问题性色情内容使用的增多，国外对强迫性性行为障碍的研究快速增长；2019年，《国际疾病分类第十一次修订本》（International Classification of Diseases，11th Revision，ICD-11）正式纳入强迫性性行为障碍，并提出其诊断指南，促进了相关研究的全面性和严谨性，减少了研究的文化阻力，推动了跨文化研究的开展。根据ICD-11诊断指南，强迫性性行为障碍的特征是个体反复且难以控制地参与性冲动、欲望和行为（例如自慰和色情内容使用），且这些性行为导致严重的心理困扰、忽视责任、兴趣和健康，并对社会功能造成严重损害。国外众多研究指出，强迫性性行为障碍与个体的冲动性和强迫性、情绪失调、物质滥用、童年期性虐待密切相关，且可能与抑郁症、焦虑症及物质滥用等障碍共病，因此，应及时识别强迫性性行为障碍高风险人群，为其提供科学的评估和干预。当前，我国对强迫性性行为障碍的研究尚显不足，本文就强迫性性行为障碍的诊断指南、测评工具、相关因素及干预治疗方面的国际研究进行回顾及展望，以期为我国研究者开展强迫性性行为障碍研究提供参考。

Abstract

With the wide application of the Internet，there has been a significant increase in individual reports of hypersexual online behaviors and problematic pornography use，leading to a rapid growth in international research on compulsive sexual behavior. In 2019，the 11th Revision of International Classification of Diseases（ICD-11） officially incorporated compulsive sexual behavior disorder （CSBD） and proposed the guidelines for the diagnosis of CSBD，which enhanced the comprehensiveness and rigor of related research，reduced the cultural resistance to research，and promoted cross-cultural studies. According to the diagnostic guidelines of ICD-11，CSBD is characterized by an individual’s repeated and difficult-to-control participation in sexual impulses，desires，and behaviors （such as masturbation and pornography use），and these sexual behaviors can cause severe psychological distress，neglect of responsibility，interests，and health，and severe damage to social functions. Numerous studies abroad have pointed out that CSBD is closely associated with an individual’s impulsivity and compulsion，emotional dysregulation，substance abuse，and childhood sexual abuse，and it might coexist with mental disorders such as depression，anxiety，and substance abuse. Therefore，it is necessary to identify high-risk groups of CSBD in a timely manner and provide scientific assessment and intervention. At present，there are limited studies on CSBD in China，and this article reviews the international studies on the diagnostic guidelines，assessment tools，related factors，and intervention treatments of CSBD，as well as related future prospects，in order to provide a reference for CSBD research in China.
