  肖新华，医学博士，中国医学科学院北京协和医院主任医师、教授、博士生导师。现任中国医学科学院糖尿病研究中心秘书长，中国研究型医院学会糖尿病学专业委会主任委员，中华医学会糖尿病学分会常委兼副秘书长，糖尿病营养学组组长，北京医学会糖尿病分会候任主任委员，中国代谢病防治创新联盟副理事长，中国中西医结合学会内分泌专业委员会副主任委员，北京糖尿病防治协会副理事长。以第一或通信作者发表论文及综述285篇，其中在PNAS、Diabetes Care和Metabolism等SCI杂志发表文章186篇，总影响因子905分，总引用次数4 539次。主持15项国家级科研课题，授权发明专利5项，牵头发布13部专家指南和共识，主编《实用糖尿病治疗学》《糖尿病个体化诊治策略》等10部学术专著，荣获省部级科技成果奖7次。担任《中华糖尿病杂志》副总编辑，Diabetes Research and Clinical Practice中文版副主编，Diabetes Metabolism Research and reviewer和Chinese Medical Journal英文版编委以及《中华老年多器官疾病杂志》《内科急危重杂志》和《国际糖尿病》等杂志编委。同时任国家科技奖评审专家，国家自然科学基金评审专家，北京市科学技术奖评审专家。长期从事内分泌糖尿病基础和临床研究工作。主要研究方向是糖尿病发病机制及早期防治，特殊糖代谢异常分子遗传学研究。Email：xiaoxh2014@vip.163.com。

摘要

《中国妊娠期糖尿病母儿共同管理指南（2024版）》（以下简称“指南”）是我国首部妊娠期糖尿病母儿共同管理指南。指南制订过程严格遵循循证医学临床指南制订方法与步骤，提出“母儿共同管理”理念，采纳了近年来国内外妊娠期糖尿病的最新临床研究证据。指南系统阐述了妊娠期糖尿病孕妇及其子代筛查和管理的具体策略，形成了内分泌科、妇产科、儿科、营养科等多学科协作的全生命周期综合管理模式。为便于医务人员深入理解及更好地应用本指南，现对指南的制订背景和方法学要点进行概述，并对指南关键内容进行解读。

Abstract

The

Guidelines for the Co‑management of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus in

Mothers and Their Offspring （2024 edition）

（hereinafter referred to as the “Guidelines”） is the first guideli

ne for the co-management of gestational diabetes mellitus（GDM） in mothers and their offspring in China. The Guidelines is strictly formulated according to the establishing methodology and steps of clinical guidelines for evidence-based medicine，proposes the concept of mother-offspring co-management，and incorporates the latest clinical research evidence on GDM at both Chinese and international levels in recent years. The Guidelines systematically describes the specific strategies for monitoring and managing pregnant women with GDM and their offspring，and recommends an integrated lifecycle management model involving multidisciplinary collaboration among endocrinology，obstetrics and gynecology，pediatrics，and nutrition. In order to facilitate a better understanding and application of the Guidelines by healthcare workers，the background and methodological points of the Guidelines are outlined，and the key contents of the Guidelines are interpreted.
