摘要

雌激素相关受体α（estrogen-related receptor α，ERRα）是核受体超家族成员之一，属于无需与配体结合发挥生物学功能的孤儿受体。ERRα参与雌激素信号转导通路，是调控细胞能量代谢的重要转录因子。近年对ERRα的研究发现，其与雌激素依赖性和非依赖性肿瘤的进展密切相关，调控多种肿瘤的发生、发展、转移和耐药等过程。本文综述了ERRα的生理功能以及在多种癌症中的作用，并总结了该领域的新进展。

Abstract

Estrogen-related receptor α（ERRα） is a member of the nuclear receptor superfamily. ERRα is an orphan receptor，which does not need to bind with ligands to perform biological functions. ERRα is involved in the estrogen signal pathway and is an important transcription factor regulating cellular energy metabolism. In recent years，studies have found that ERRα is closely related to the progression of estrogen-dependent and non-estrogen-dependent tumors，and regulates the occurrence，progression， metastasis and drug resistance of various tumors. This article reviews the physiological function of ERRα and its role in a variety of cancers， and summarizes the new progress in this field.
