摘要

目的

探讨瑞马唑仑联合纳布啡对无痛胃镜检查患者的麻醉效果。

方法

选择2019年8月至2021年5月于邯郸市中心医院行无痛胃镜检查术的120例患者，随机分为观察组（60例）和对照组（60例）。观察组患者采用瑞马唑仑联合纳布啡进行麻醉，对照组患者采用丙泊酚联合阿芬太尼进行麻醉。比较2组患者生命体征指标、镇静效果、复苏质量、认知功能及不良反应发生情况。

结果

观察组患者进境操作时的心率（HR）、呼吸频率（RR）、脉搏血氧饱和度（SpO

）水平均显著高于对照组（

0.05）。检查结束后5 min，观察组患者的Narcotrend评分显著低于对照组（

0.05）。观察组患者最后一次给药至清醒时间、胃镜拔除至清醒时间、离室时间均显著短于对照组（

0.05）。观察组患者检查结束后5 min简易精神状态检查量表（MMSE）评分显著高于对照组（

0.05），而不良反应发生率显著低于对照组（

0.05）。

结论

瑞马唑仑联合纳布啡麻醉应用于无痛胃镜检查的效果较为理想，可有效减少患者的不良反应，促进术后快速恢复。

Abstract

Objective

To explore the anesthetic effects of remimazolam combined with nalbuphine on patients undergoing painless gastroscopy.

Methods

A total of 120 patients who underwent painless gastroscopy in Handan Central Hospital from August 2019 to May 2021 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group（60 cases） and the control group（60 cases）.Patients in the observation group anesthetized with remimazolam and nalbuphine， while patients in the control group anesthetized with propofol and alfentanil. The vital signs， sedative effect， recovery quality， cognitive function， and adverse reactions of patients were compared between the two groups.

Results

The heart rate （HR）， respiratory rate （RR）， and the level of pulse oxygen saturation （SpO

） of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group （

0.05）. Five minutes after the examination， the Narcotrend score of patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group （

0.05）. The time from the last administration to awakening， the time from gastroscopy removal to awakening， and the time of leaving the anesthesia recovery room of patients in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group （

0.05）. Five minutes after the examination， the score of the mini-mental state examination （MMSE） of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （

0.05），while the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that in the control group （

0.05）.

Conclusion

The application of remimazolam combined with nalbuphine anesthesia in painless gastroscopy has a relatively ideal effect， which can effectively reduce the adverse reactions of patients and promote rapid postoperative recovery.
