目的

探讨透明帽辅助肠镜下钛夹治疗结肠亚蒂息肉的临床疗效。
方法
2
将我院2023年1月至2024年3月收治的100例结肠亚蒂息肉患者按照随机数字表法分为常规组[采用常规内镜黏膜切除术（EMR）治疗]和联合组（采用透明帽辅助肠镜下钛夹进行EMR），每组50例。比较2组患者临床疗效、手术相关指标、炎症因子水平、并发症及复发情况。
结果

联合组患者治疗总有效率明显高于常规组（

0.05）。与常规组比较，联合组患者手术时间和创面愈合时间缩短（

0.05），术中出血量减少（

0.05）。2组患者住院费用比较差异无统计学意义（

0.05）。2组患者术后白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、C-反应蛋白（CRP）水平降低，白细胞介素-10（IL-10）升高，且联合组变化更明显，差异均有统计学意义（

0.05）。联合组患者并发症发生率及复发率均明显低于常规组（

结论

透明帽辅助肠镜下钛夹能够有效优化结肠亚蒂息肉患者手术相关指标，降低炎症水平，减少并发症及疾病复发，临床治疗效果更好。
Abstract
Objective

To investigate the clinical efficacy of titanium clip therapy for colonic sessile-pedunculated polyps under transparent cap-assisted colonoscopy.
Methods

A total of 100 patients with colonic sessile-pedunculated polyps admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to March 2024 were divided into the conventional group and the combined group using a random number table method， with 50 cases in each group. The conventional group was treated with routine endoscopic mucosal resection （EMR）， while the combined group underwent EMR with titanium clips under transparent cap-assisted colonoscopy.The clinical efficacy， surgery-related indicators， inflammatory factor levels， complications and recurrence were compared between the two groups.
Results

The total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group （

0.05）. Compared with the conventional group， the operation time and wound healing time were shortened （

0.05）， and the intraoperative blood loss was reduced in the combined group （

0.05）. There was no statistically significant difference in hospitalization costs between the two groups （

0.05）. After surgery， the levels of interleukin-6 （IL-6） and C-reactive protein （CRP） decreased， the level of interleukin-10 （IL-10） increased in both groups，while the combined group showed more obvious changes， with statistically significant differences （

0.05）. The incidence of complications and recurrence rate in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group （
P

0.05）.
Conclusion

Titanium clip application under transparent cap-assisted colonoscopy can effectively optimize surgery-related indicators， reduce the inflammation level， decrease the incidence of complications and disease recurrence， and achieve a superior clinical therapeutic effect in patients with colonic sessile-pedunculated polyps.
