摘要

目的

系统评价耳穴压豆对外科手术后疼痛干预的有效性。

方法

通过计算机检索中国知网、维普、万方、PubMed、the Cochrane Library、Embase、Wed of Science、CINAHL数据库，筛选关于耳穴压豆对外科手术后疼痛干预的随机对照研究，检索截至2025年6月。由2名研究者独立筛选文献、提取资料以及评价文献质量、偏倚风险。采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析

。

结果

共检索到1 468篇文献，最终纳入12篇，共计1 807例患者。对照组采用常规治疗，试验组采用常规治疗联合耳穴压豆。Meta分析显示，与对照组相比，试验组患者在外科手术后6 h、24 h及72 h的视觉模拟量表评分均较低，差异具有统计学意义（

0.05）。

结论

相比于常规治疗，联合耳穴压豆可更大程度地缓解患者外科手术后的疼痛，且具有良好的安全性。

Abstract

Objective

To systematically evaluate the effectiveness of auricular acupressure for postoperative pain after surgery.

Methods

A computerized search was conducted in the CNKI，VIP，Wanfang，PubMed，the Cochrane Library，Embase，Web of Science，and CINAHL databases to identify randomized controlled trials on auricular acupressure for postoperative pain after surgery， with searches up to June 2025. Two researchers independently screened literature， extracted data， and assessed the quality of the literatures and the risk of bias. Meta-analysis was performed by RevMan 5.3 software.

Results

A total of 1 468 articles were retrieved， of which 12 studies involving 1 807 patients were ultimately included. The control group received conventional treatment， while the experimental group received conventional treatment combi

ned with auricular acupressure. Meta-analysis showed that compared with the control group， the experimental group had lower visual analogue scale scores at 6 hours， 24 hours， and 72 hours after surgery， with statistically significant differences （

0.05）.

Conclusion

Compared with conventional treatment alone， the combination with auricular acupressure can alleviate the postoperative pain to a greater extent， with a favorable safety profile.
