establish the stable endometrial cells culture system
in vitro
. Methods Highly purified human endometrial epithelial cells and stromal cells were obtained by improved Ryan’s procedure for specimen preparation
isolation and culture ocnditions. Results The endometrial epithelial cells and stromal cells could be passaged stably and survived 10-50 days
in vitro
and their purity was above 90%. Conclusion The improved primary culture methods for human endometrial cells is convenient and of high performance. The stable human endometrial cells culture system
in vitro
is established
providing cell platform for studying the physiologic and pathologic mechanism of human endometrium and the drug action mechanism on human endom
