摘要

目的探讨拟做体外授精-胚胎移植（

in vitro

fertilization-embryo transfer

IVF-ET）妇女的应对方式与心理健康状况之间的关系。方法采用应对方式问卷和症状自评量表（SCL-90），由心理学专业人员分别对99例拟做IVF-ET妇女和98例正常育龄妇女进行测试。结果 ①应对方式问卷中， IVF-ET妇女组的解决问题因子分明显低于正常育龄妇女组（

=-2.42

0.05），而幻想因子分明显高于正常育龄妇女组（

=2.79

0.05）；②在SCL-90中IVF-ET妇女组的躯体化、强迫、恐怖、焦虑和精神病性的因子分显著高于正常育龄妇女组（

0.05，

0.01）。③解决问题与SCL-90总均分呈显著负相关，自责、幻想和退避与SCL-90总均分显著正相关。结论 IVF-ET妇女存在不同程度的心理问题，其心理健康水平与应对方式密切相关，可通过改善她们的应对方式提高她们的心理健康水平。

Abstract

Objective To explore the relationship of mental health and coping styles in women who will accept

in vitro

fertilization-embryo transfer (IVF-ET). Methods A total of 99 women who will accept IVF-ET were tested with Symptom Check List-90 (SCL-90) and Coping Style Scale. Another 98 reproductive women served as normal control. Results IVF-ET women had higher scores on somatization

obsessive-compulsive

phobic anxiety

anxiety

psychoticism than healthy control. Healthy women adopted much more

problem solving and help seeking to solve problem

but IVF-ET women adopted much more fantasy. Problem solving was significantly positive correlated with SCL-90 total score. Self-blame

fantasy and avoidance were significantly negative correlated with SCL-90 total score. Conclusion There are relationship between mental health and coping styles in women who will accept IVF-ET.
