摘要

非酒精性脂肪性肝病（non-alcoholic fatty liver disease，NAFLD）是代谢综合征在肝脏的表现，目前尚无有效的治疗方案。胆汁酸（bile acids，BAs）作为肠道菌群代谢产物和信号分子，从不同层面参与NAFLD的发病。本文总结了肠道菌群-胆汁酸轴在NAFLD中的作用机制及相关药物治疗进展。

Abstract

Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is the manifestation of the metabolic syndrome in the liver. Currently

there is no effective treatment program. Bile acids (BAs)

as metabolites and signaling molecules of the intestinal flora

are involved in the pathogenesis of NAFLD from different levels. This article summarizes the mechanism of intestinal flora-bile acid axis in NAFLD and related drug treatment progress.
