摘要

我国成人超重/肥胖患病率逐年升高，已超过50%。肥胖不仅严重影响患者生活质量，也是糖尿病、高血压、心血管疾病及肿瘤等200多种慢性疾病的重要危险因素，给医疗卫生体系带来沉重负担。为此，国家卫生健康委联合教育部、体育总局等16个部门共同发起“体重管理年”专项行动，推动全社会重视体重管理并规范相关实践。当前，重庆市居民肥胖及相关代谢性疾病患病率持续攀升，形势严峻。重庆市卫生健康委员会发布的《重庆市2024年度居民健康状况报告》显示，2023年重庆市18岁及以上居民超重率为35.48%，肥胖率为16.42%；相关代谢性疾病患病率不断上升，亟需结合重庆市特点制定科学、系统的体重管理策略。为响应国家行动号召，推动体重管理诊疗标准化与规范化，在重庆市卫生健康委的指导下，西部内分泌代谢科肥胖诊疗联盟联合重庆市医学会内分泌学分会、糖尿病学分会组织相关领域专家，共同撰写《重庆市居民体重管理标准化临床路径专家共识》，旨在形成具有地方适用性的体重管理实践指导。本共识将肥胖定义为一种需要长期、系统化管理的慢性疾病，内容涵盖体重的综合评估、生活方式干预、药物治疗、减重代谢手术、体重反弹与长期体重管理、多学科协作诊疗等方面。共识通过构建标准化、规范化的诊疗路径，致力于应对重庆地区肥胖流行带来的公共卫生挑战，最终提升居民整体健康水平。

Abstract

The prevalence of overweight and obesity among Chinese adults has increased annually and currently exceeds 50%. Beyond its substantial negative impact on patients’ quality of life，obesity is a well-established major risk factor for over 200 chronic conditions，including diabetes mellitus，hypertension，cardiovascular disease，and malignancies. This growing epidemic imposes a substantial and escalating burden on public health systems. In response to this challenge，the National Health Commission of China，in collaboration with 16 national departments including the Ministry of Education and the General Administration of Sport，launched the national “Weight Management Year” initiative to raise public awareness and promote clinical standardization of weight management across the country. In Chongqing，the prevalence of obesity and its associated metabolic diseases has continued to rise，representing a pressing public health challenge. According to the

2024 Annual Report on Resident Health Status in Chongqing

published by the Chongqing Health Commission，in 2023，the overweight prevalence among adults aged 18 years and older in Chongqing was 35.48%，and the obesity

prevalence was 16.42%. Along with the rising obesity prevalence，the prevalence of obesity-related metabolic diseases continues to increase，creating an urgent need to develop scientific，systematic weight management strategies tailored to the epidemiological characteristics of the local Chongqing population. In alignment with the national initiative，and to promote the standardization and normalization of clinical weight management，under the guidance of the Chongqing Health Commission，the Western China Alliance for Endocrine and Metabolic Obesity Diagnosis and Treatment，in partnership with the Endocrinology Branch and Diabetes Branch of the Chongqing Medical Association，organized a multidisciplinary panel of regional experts to develop the

. This initiative aims to provide clinically practical，locally adapted guidance for clinical weight management practice in the region. This consensus defines obesity as a chronic disease requiring long-term，systematic management. Its scope covers core clinical domains including comprehensive weight assessment，lifestyle intervention，pharmacotherapy，bariatric metabolic surgery，management of weight regain，long-term weight maintenance，and multidisciplinary collaborative care. By establishing standardized，normalized clinical pathways for obesity management，this consensus aims to address the growing public health challenge posed by the obesity epidemic in Chongqing and ultimately improve the overall health level of the regional population.
