Objective      To analyze the impact of different surgical treatments on lens dislocation.       Methods      Retrospective analysis of 46 patients (66 eyes) with lens dislocation in Chinese PLA General Hospital from January 2010 to May 2015 was performed. The lens dislocation was divided into congenital (36 eyes)

traumatic (8 eyes)

and idiopathic (22 eyes) according to the etiology. Phacoemulsification

vitreoretinal surgery and glaucoma surgery were used to treat the patients.       Results      The dislocation lens was successfully removed in a reasonable way. The visual acuity was improved in 51 eyes (77.3%)

unchanged in 7eyes (10.6%)

and decreased in 8 eyes (12.1%).       Conclusion      The surgical methods are determined based on the lens dislocation reasons

severity and complications. The lens phacoemulsification

and closed vitrectomy combined with lens surgery are effective methods for treating lens dislocation. It is important to select proper surgery or joint surgery to achieve satisfactory results.
