Military mental health is an important research subject of military psychology and is a guarantee to improve the combat effectiveness of the defense. Our article reviewed the researches of Chinese military mental health in recent decade. It was found that the researches mainly contained the characteristics

influencing factors

and education situations of Chinese military mental health. Meanwhile

we explored the disadvantages that the assessment system of military mental health should be established

that the research methods were too unitary

that most researches were limited in cross-sectional surveys and related analysis

and that the entire military mental health education system was not well developed. Finally

we put forward the development directions of Chinese military mental health researches.
