Objective     To identify the relationships of self-consciousness and psychological stress with work fatigue in warship soldier.     Methods     Self Acceptance Questionnaire (SAQ)

Symptom Checklist (SCL-90) and Newly Developed Questionnaire for Work Related Fatigue Feelings (WRFFQ) were surveyed in 1 451 warship soldiers of a naval force by cluster sampling method.     Results     ①10.4% of soldiers had severe subjective fatigue symptoms. There was no significant difference among officers

non-commissioned officers and soldiers (P0.05). Compared with higher fatigue group

the lower group had significantly higher scores in self-acceptance and self-concept

but lower scores in PSET and SCL-90 (P0.01); ②The total score of work fatigue had obvious correlations with self-acceptance (r=-0.30)

self-concept (r=-0.23)

PSET (r=0.58) and SCL-90 (r=0.74); ③ PSET and the mean score of SCL-90 could explain 60.3% of work fatigue. SCL-90 and PSET had direct positive impact on work fatigue. The SCL-90 affected PSET and had indirect positive influence on work fatigue. Self-consciousness had indirect negative effect on fatigue by influencing on PSET and SCL-90.     Conclusion     Work fatigue in warship soldiers has close relationships with their self-acceptance

mental health and anti-stress ability.
