Objective   To assess the pharmacokinetic profiles of  flurbiprofen orally disintegrating tablets.    Methods   This study was carried out in 6 rabbits using a single-dose randomized two-way crossover design. The test group was given one tablet (50 mg) of flurbiprofen orally disintegrating tablets and the reference group was given one tablet (50 mg) of common flurbiprofen tablets. The drug concentrations in their plasma were assayed by HPLC.
