Objective   To evaluate the clinical curative effect of tubularized incised plate technique for hypospadia repair.     Methods   A total of 265 hypospadia patients (age range: 1 to 17 years

mean: 2 years) were inclusive types of coronary sulcus (25 cases)

penis shaft (163 cases)

penis-scrotunm (55 cases)

and scrotunm (22 cases). Repair with tubularized incised plate procedure was performed in 261 patients with phallocampsis

but repair with dorsal placation in 75 patients with phallocampsis.     Results   Follow-up from 6 months to 2 years indicated success of tubularized incised plate procedure in 244 patients after just one repair.     Conclusion   Tubularized incised plate procedure is the first choice for the repair of hypospadias for its simple procedure

high curing rates

and good shape of the penis.
