摘要

目的观察蛛网膜下腔出血（subarachnoid hemorrhage， SAH）后不同时间点S100B蛋白在基底动脉中的表达，探讨S100B蛋白与脑血管痉挛（cerebral vasospasm

CVS）关系，进一步阐述SAH后CVS的发生机制。方法 SD大鼠40只，分为正常对照组、假手术组、生理盐水组和实验组。根据取材时间不同，又将实验组分为SAH后第1、3、4、7、14天组，病理切片观察基底动脉病理改变；测定S100B蛋白染色含量，并比较不同时间点基底动脉中S100B蛋白的表达；进行统计学分析。结果 SAH后在第3天时出现明显的血管腔变小；7 d时血管痉挛达高峰；14 d时动脉改变较7 d时有减轻；基底动脉中S100B蛋白主要表达位于平滑肌细胞。SAH后第3天开始表达增强，7 d时表达最强，14 d时减弱。结论 SAH后不同时间点S100B蛋白的表达强度不一，随着CVS加重表达越强，在第7天达高峰。S100B蛋白的表达可能与CVS有关。

Abstract

Objective To explore the mechanism of cerebral vasospasm (CVS) after subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) by investigating the relationship between S100B protein and CVS. Methods Forty healthy SD rats were divided into four groups randomly: SAH groups

sham operation group

saline group and normal control group. On day 1

14 after SAH establishment

the basal blood vessels were observed under light microscope and S100B protein expressions in basal arteries were analyzed by immunohistochemical staining. Results CVS happened on day 3 after SAH

and reached the peak on day 7 and relieved on day 14. S100B protein mainly expressed in smooth muscle of basal arteries

whose expressions became stronger on day 3 after SAH and reached the climax on day 7 and got declined on day 14. Conclusion S100B protein expressed in different levels during the occurrence of SAH. As CVS got aggravated

the expression of S100B protein reached its peak in 7 days

indicating there is a correlation between S100B protein expression and CVS.
