目的研究单核细胞趋化蛋白-1（monocyte chemotactic protein-1

MCP-1）对人脐静脉内皮细胞(human umbilical vein endothelial cells

hUVEC)凋亡的影响。方法培养并鉴定人脐静脉内皮细胞；用不同浓度MCP-1（0.1、1.0、10、100 μg/L）对其作用24、48 h；先用MTT比色法观察细胞存活率、流式细胞技术检测细胞DNA含量及细胞周期观察其对hUVEC凋亡的影响。结果单核细胞趋化蛋白-1能诱导人脐静脉内皮细胞的凋亡(P0.05)，其效应随浓度和时间的增加而增强：MTT明显减低；细胞DNA含量减少，出现明显亚G

峰（凋亡细胞峰）。结论单核细胞趋化蛋白-1能诱导人脐静脉内皮细胞凋亡。

Abstract

Objective To study the effects of monocyte chemotactic protein-1(MCP-1) on the growth of human umbilical vein endothelial cells (hUVEC). Methods hUVEC were cultured in vitro and identified. hUVEC that grew vigorously were stimulated for 24 h or 48 h respectively with MCP-1(0.1
