摘要

目的观察牛磺酸对高原低氧大鼠血清葡萄糖水平及小肠组织GLUT2、GLUT5 mRNA表达的影响。方法动物经基础饲料或添加牛磺酸饲料喂养7 d后，利用低压舱分别模拟4 500、5 500 m海拔高度高原低氧，分别在高原低氧处理后第2、6、12、24、48、72小时处死动物，同时设平原对照组，测定血清葡萄糖水平，并剪取小肠组织，RT-PCR检测 GLUT2、GLUT5 mRNA表达。结果低氧条件下大鼠血清葡萄糖水平明显下降，小肠组织中GLUT2、GLUT5的表达显著降低，但添加牛磺酸组血清葡萄糖水平及小肠组织中GLUT2、GLUT5的表达均明显高于相应对照组。结论牛磺酸能够显著提高高原低氧大鼠血清葡萄糖水平及小肠组织中GLUT2、GLUT5的表达。

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of taurine on serum glucose and expression of GLUT2

GLUT5 in the intestinal tissue of rats exposed to hypobaric hypoxia. Methods After 7-day nutritional intervention with taurine

rats were exposed to 4 500-meter and 5 500-meter high altitude in a hypobaric chamber respectively. The level of serum glucose and the expressions of GLUT2
