摘要

目的探讨雌激素受体亚型ERβ在乳腺组织中的表达及其与ERα、PR、其他生物学预后标志物以及和临床病理参数的关系。方法采用组织芯片和免疫组化技术，比较109 例原发性乳腺癌患者中ERβ表达与ERα、PR、其他生物学预后标志物以及和临床病理参数的关系。结果 ERβ蛋白在良性上皮细胞和间质细胞中均有表达，不同乳腺癌组织类型中59％ERβ表达阳性，其中45 ％病例ERβ和ERα同时表达。统计学分析结果显示

ERβ阳性表达组中，HER-2/neu和p53蛋白表达率显著高于ERβ阴性组，而ERβ表达与否同各临床指标间无显著性差异。结论 ERβ可能是乳腺癌重要的预后指标及治疗靶点。

Abstract

Objective To study the association of ERβ expression with the expression of hormonal receptor and prognostic biomarkers. Methods The expressions of ERβ

HER-2/neu and p53 were detected in tissue samples from 109 breast cancer patients by immunohistochemistry on tissue microarray slides. The histologic grade

tumor size and lymph node metastasis status of 109 cases of breast cancer were recorded and served as comparison indexes. Results ERβ was expressed in benign epithelium and stroma cells

and breast cancer cells in 59% breast cancer tissues of different histologic types. ERβ was coexpressed with ERα in 45% breast cancer tissues. ERβ expression was found a statistically significant association with HER-2/neu (P0.05) and p53 (P0.05). No statistically significant association was seen between ERβ expression and histologic grade

tumor size and lymph node metastasis. Conclusion ERβ may be an important prognostic marker and therapeutic target in breast cancer.
