摘要

目的观察咪达普利降压效果和对非肥胖高血压病（essential hypertension， EH）患者胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法对40例非肥胖EH患者进行口服葡萄糖耐量试验（oral glucose tolerance test

OGTT）和胰岛素释放试验（insulin releasing test

IRT），测定咪达普利治疗8周前后血糖、血浆胰岛素，并与16例正常人比较。结果 EH组空腹及OGTT餐后30、60、120 min血浆胰岛素均显著升高（P0.05）。咪达普利治疗8周后空腹及OGTT餐后30、60 min血浆胰岛素水平下降，其中30、60 min时下降显著（P0.05）。结论 EH患者存在高胰岛素血症，咪达普利治疗后降压同时可改善胰岛素抵抗。

Abstract

Objective To certify insuline resistance in nonobese patients with essential hypertension (EH) and observe effect of imidapril. Methods An oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) and insulin releasing test (IRT) were performed on 40 nonobese EH patients before and after imidapril treatment

the plasma levels of glucose and insulin were tested and compared with those of 16 normal subjects. Results The insuline level of fasting or 30

120 min after OGTT were significantly higher than those in normal group (P0.05). After 8-week imidapril treatment

the fasting insulin level decreased

and 30-minute

60-minute insuline level after OGTT decreased more (P0.05). Conclusion There is insuline resistance in EH patients and imidapril can improve it.
