摘要

目的

探讨临床护理教师应用一分钟导师教学法结合案例教学对提高护理实习生反思性实践能力的效果。

方法

选取2024年6月至2025年5月在广州市某三级甲等医院实习的护士321人为研究对象。采用历史前后对照设计，将2024年6月至11月的152名实习生纳入对照组，2024年12月至2025年5月的169名实习生纳入观察组；对照组采用传统教学法带教，观察组采用一分钟导师教学法结合案例教学法带教。采用护理专业学生反思性实践能力量表（the reflection on clinical practice questionnaire for nursing students，RCPQ-NS）评价两组学生的反思性实践能力，实习结束后比较两组学生的案例分析成绩及教学满意度。采用SPSS 23.0软件进行独立样本

检验和卡方检验。

结果

干预后，观察组反思性实践能力总分为156.22±19.91，高于对照组的150.13±17.58，差异有统计学意义（

=-2.37，

=0.019）；观察组案例分析成绩、满意度均高于对照组（85.05±4.15 vs. 81.20±5.95；23.35±1.35 vs. 20.35±1.18），差异有统计学意义（

0.05）。

结论

一分钟导师教学法结合案例教学能够有效提升护理实习生的反思性实践能力，具备在临床护理教学中推广的价值。

Abstract

Objective

To explore the effect of clinical nursing teachers' application of the one-minute preceptor combined with case-based teaching in improving the reflective practice ability of nursing interns.

Methods

A total of 321 nursing interns from a grade A tertiary hospital in Guangzhou

China from June 2024 to May 2025 were selected as the research subjects. Using a historical pre-post controlled design

152 interns from June 2024 to November 2024 were assigned to the control group

and 169 interns from December 2024 to May 2025 were assigned to the experimental group. The control group was taught with the traditional teaching method

while the experimental group was taught with the one-minute preceptor and case-based teaching. The reflective practice ability of nursing students in both groups was evaluated using the reflection on clinical practice questionnaire for nursing students. At the end of the internship

the case analysis results and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared. SPSS 23.0 software was used for independent sample

-test and chi-square test.

Results

After the intervention

the total score of reflective practice ability in the experim

ental group was (156.22±19.91) points

which was significantly higher than that in the control group (150.13±17.58) (

=-2.37

=0.019). The experimental group also had significantly higher case analysis results and teaching satisfaction scores compared with the control group (85.05±4.15 vs. 81.20±5.95; 23.35±1.35 vs. 20.35±1.18) (

0.05).

Conclusions

The one-minute preceptor combined with case-based teaching can effectively enhance the reflective practice ability of nursing interns and is worthy of promotion and application in clinical nursing teaching.
