摘要
围绕院校教育阶段非全科定向临床医学生的全科教学实践，本专家共识基于我国全科医学教育实践经验，针对院校阶段全科医学教学中培养目标定位不清、实践环节相对薄弱、师资与课程评价体系不统一等问题，系统梳理了非全科定向临床医学生全科教学的培养目标、课程体系与教学内容设置、教学方法与实践路径、教学师资保障以及课程评价与质量管理等关键环节，提出强化全科理念融入、注重早期接触社区与实践教学、完善教学组织保障，构建兼顾过程与结果的评价改进机制等共识性意见，旨在为高等院校临床医学专业在院校教育阶段规范开展全科医学教学提供参考。
Abstract
This expert consensus focuses on general practice teaching for non-general practice-oriented clinical medicine students at the institutional education stage. Based on practical experience in general practice education in China
and in response to issues such as unclear positioning of training objectives
relatively weak practical teaching
and inconsistent faculty and course evaluation systems in institutional general practice education
this consensus systematically delineates key components of general practice teaching for non-general practice-oriented clinical medicine students
including training objectives
curriculum structure and content
teaching methods and practice pathways
faculty support
and course evaluation and quality management. The consensus proposes strengthening the integration of general practice concepts into medical education
emphasizing early exposure to community settings and practice-based learning
improving teaching organizational support
and establishing an evaluation and quality improvement mechanism that balance process and outcomes. This consensus aims to provide a reference for standardizing general practice teaching for clinical medicine students at the institutional education stage in colleges and universities.
