Reflections on strengthening quality assurance in standardized residency training for internal medicine physicians through digital and intelligent technologies
quality assurance in standardized residency training for internal medicine physicians urgently needs to place greater emphasis on the accumulation of process-based evidence and the establishment of closed feedback loops in addition to outcome assessment. Taking the six core competencies specified in the
Contents and Standards for Standardized Residency Training
(2022 Edition) as the objective axis
existing management nodes from enrollment to completion of training as the process axis
and a tiered responsibility chain as the accountability axis
this paper proposes a "three-layer
six-subsystem" framework centered on a whole-process quality profile. The framework decomposes each competency into typical internal medicine tasks
key learning events
process-based evidence
and evaluative feedback
while incorporating tiered and progressive requirements. On this basis
a three-stage implementa
tion pathway of "standardization and burden reduction
profile-based early warning
and evidence-based improvement" is proposed. This framework provides a reference for internal medicine training bases to improve process quality management
