摘要

目的

构建以全病程管理为导向的内分泌疾病工作坊教学模式，评估其在临床教学中的应用效果。

方法

以2022年1月至2025年12月在本院内分泌科轮转的72名住院医师为研究对象，按入科时间分为对照组（传统教学，35人）和试验组（工作坊教学，37人）。比较2组在理论知识、全病程管理能力、临床操作水平及教学满意度方面的差异。采用SPSS 26.0软件进行

检验、卡方检验或Fisher确切概率法。

结果

构建了包含理论奠基、情境模拟、决策实践、社区衔接、反思提升7个环节的工作坊教学体系。试验组理论知识成绩（86.94±4.87 vs. 82.36±5.28，

0.01）、全病程管理能力（84.27±6.15 vs. 78.36±6.82，

0.001）、临床操作成绩（87.52±5.93 vs. 80.36±6.84，

0.001）均高于对照组。指导医师评分（72.58±4.92 vs. 68.24±5.36，

0.001）及护士评分（40.15±3.28 vs. 36.82±3.64，

0.001）试验组也优于对照组。

结论

基于全病程管理的工作坊教学模式有助于提升住院医师的综合临床能力与慢病管理意识，可在内分泌科教学中推广应用。

Abstract

Objective

To establish a workshop teaching model for endocrine diseases oriented toward full-course management and evaluate its effectiveness in clinical teaching.

Methods

A total of 72 resident physicians rotating through the Department of Endocrinology of our hospital from January 2022 to December 2025 were enrolled as subjects and divided into a control group (traditional teaching

35 residents) and an experimental group (workshop teaching

37 residents) based on their rotation start dates. Differences in theoretical knowledge

A workshop teaching system with seven components was developed

Conclusions

The workshop teaching model based on full-course management helps improve the comprehensive clinical skills and chronic disease management awareness of resident physicians

making it suitable for widespread application in endocrinology education.
