Construction of the "Home-School-Medical-Community" collaborative indicator system for college mental health education
In response to the national strategic imperative to strengthen student mental health and to address prevalent challenges in current college mental health education
such as insufficient multi-agent collaboration
fragmented governance mechanisms
and ambiguous operational standards
this study aimed to construct a scientific and systematic "Home-School-Medical-Community" collaborative indicator system for college mental health education.
Methods
2
Guided by ecological systems theory
the study was conducted using the Delphi expert consultation method. A panel of 25 experts from relevant fields in Chongqing
including higher education institutions
medical institutions
family education
and educational administration
participated in multiple rounds of correspondence-based inquiry and deliberation to build professional consensus.
Results
2
A collaborative indicator system comprising 4 first-level and 46 second-level indicators was established. After two consultation rounds
all indicators had mean scores greater than 3.50
coefficients of variation less than 0.25
an expert authority coefficient of 0.87
and significantly increased coefficient of concordance (W value
from 0.35 to above 0.44)
demonstrating a high degree of expert consensus and good reliability and validity for the constructed system.
Conclusions
2
This study innovatively proposes the "Home-School-Medical-Community" collaborative indicator system for college mental health education. It provides a systematic framework for establishing a college mental health education mechanism
thereby forming an operable "Chongqing Model" that offers a valuable reference for similar initiatives in comparable regions across China.
