Construction and practice of a graduate course teaching evaluation system in military medical universities from a multi‑dimensional collaborative perspective
Building a scientific and effective course teaching evaluation system is a core measure to enhance the quality of graduate education in military medical universities. Based on the mission of "training for combat" and the specific requirements for cultivating military medical talents
the university established a graduate course teaching evaluation system from a multi-dimensional collaborative perspective. This system encompasses three dimensions: teaching process
ability development
and social benefits. It integrates multiple evaluation entities
including graduate students
supervisory experts
leaders
graduated students
and employers
forming a complete evaluation chain of "teaching input
ability output
and social benefits. Additionally
a comprehensive safeguard mechanism integrating concepts
systems
organizational processes
and resources was established. Practice showed that this system achieved initial success in improving course teaching quality
enhancing the job competency of graduates
and promoting the alignment between talent cultivation and military needs. This system provides a systematic pathway and practical support for the continuous improvement of graduate education quality in military medical universities.
