摘要

中医药技术转移人才是连接中医药创新与市场应用的关键力量，对推动中医药科技成果转化提质增效至关重要。当前该领域人才在规模与质量上与现实需求存在显著差距。本文在借鉴国内外经验的基础上，提出设立中医药技术转移硕士专业学位，并构建以“懂专业、精转化、善实战”为核心目标的培养体系，包括“三阶梯”课程体系、“校—医—企—服”协同实践机制、“引育结合”的师资建设及能力导向的评价机制。

Abstract

Talents specializing in technology transfer serve as a vital bridge between innovation and market application of Chinese medicine

and play a crucial role in promoting the quality and efficiency of Chinese medicine scientific and technological achievement transformation. There is a significant gap between the scale and quality of talents in this field and the actual demands. On the basis of domestic and foreign experiences

this article proposes the establishment of a master's professional degree in Chinese medicine technology transfer

and the construction of a training system with the core goal of cultivating professionals who possess "specialized knowledge

high proficiency in technology transfer

and strong competency in practical application". The system includes a "three-step" curriculum system

a "university

hospital

enterprise

and service" collaborative practice mechanism

faculty development that combines recruitment and training

and a competency-oriented evaluation mechanism.
