摘要

目的

构建成渝双城高校联盟护理研究生学科交叉培养方案，为培养交叉学科创新复合人才提供参考。

方法

通过文献检索构建成渝双城高校联盟护理研究生学科交叉培养方案初稿，采用德尔菲法，邀请15名专家进行2轮函询，形成方案终稿。

结果

2轮专家函询回收率均为100.00%，专家权威系数为0.92，第1轮与第2轮各条目的变异系数（coetieient of variatn，CV）分别为0.05~0.26与0.01~0.22；Kendall协调系数

分别为0.167和0.132（

0.001）；第1轮函询各条目的重要性均数为4.13~4.93，标准差为0.26~1.06，第2轮函询各条目的重要性系数为4.20~5.00，标准差为0.01~1.12。最终形成包括6个一级指标、23个二级指标和55个三级指标的成渝双城高校联盟护理研究生学科交叉培养方案。

结论

成渝双城高校联盟护理研究生学科交叉培养方案为成渝地区护理学科发展提供了新思路，也为全国护理研究生教育改革提供了可借鉴的方式，对推动护理学科创新发展具有重要意义。

Abstract

Objective

To develop an interdisciplinary training program for postgraduate nursing students in the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin-Cities University Alliance

and to provide a reference for cultivating cross-disciplinary innovative talents.

Methods

Relevant literature was reviewed to develop the first draft of the interdisciplinary training program for nursing postgraduates of the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin-Cities University Alliance. Using the Delphi method

15 experts were invited for two rounds of consultation by questionnaires to form the final program.

Results

The response rates of the two rounds of expert surve

ys both achieved 100%. The expert authority coefficient was 0.92. For the first and second rounds

the coefficients of variation were 0.05-0.26 and 0.01-0.22

respectively

and the Kendall's coefficients of concordance (

) were 0.167 and 0.132

respectively (

0.001). In the first round

the mean importance scores for individual items ranged from 4.13 to 4.93 (standard deviations

0.26 to 1.06). In the second round

the importance scores for individual items ranged from 4.20 to 5.00 (standard deviations

0.01 to 1.12). The interdisciplinary training program for graduate nursing students

in its final form

comprises 6 first-tier

23 second-tier

and 55 third-tier indicators.

Conclusions

The interdisciplinary training program for postgraduate nursing students of the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin-Cities University Alliance not only provides new ideas for the development of the nursing discipline in the Chengdu-Chongqing region

but also offers a reference for the reform of postgraduate nursing education across China

which is of great significance for promoting the innovative development of this discipline.
