Analysis of common issues regarding clinical teaching research and papers in medical education in China and reflections on quality improvement strategies
This paper analyzes the main problems in clinical teaching research
including rigid research paradigms
inadequate rigor in subject grouping
unclear research implementation pathways
singular evaluation metrics for research effectiveness
superficial discussion of results
and lack of innovation. The paper proposes systematic strategies and reflections. These involve addressing practical issues in clinical teaching
adopting a combination of quantitative and qualitative research paradigms
conducting scientific topic selection
adhering to ethical grouping principles
managing complex variables
clarifying implementation pathways
constructing diverse evaluation metrics
and deepening the discussion of results. These strategies and reflections provide systematic guidance and practical pathways for clinical teaching faculty to enhance the level and quality of their teaching research.
