摘要

目的

探究基于Seminar教学的构思—设计—实现—运作—对分课堂（CDIO-PAD）模式在手术室实习护生带教中的应用价值。

方法

选取2024年1月至2025年1月在徐州医科大学附属连云港医院手术室实习的护生，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组60人。对照组接受传统带教，观察组接受基于Seminar教学的CDIO-PAD模式。比较两组实习护生的理论及实践技能、批判性思维能力、职业认同感情况。采用SPSS 26.0进行卡方检验、

检验。

结果

教学后，两组理论和实践技能均优于教学前，且观察组理论测试（80.47±4.39 vs. 74.15±4.45）和实践操作测试（76.37±5.32 vs. 70.56±4.85）均高于对照组。两组批判性思维能力均较教学前有所提升，且观察组在问题识别、临床决策、护理优先次序、护理计划、护理计划实施与改进和总分均高于对照组（

0.01）。职业认同感中，观察组的职业认知评价、社会支持、社交技能、挫折应对、自我反思和总分均高于对照组（

0.01）。

结论

基于Seminar教学的CDIO-PAD模式提升了手术室实习护生的理论和实践技能考核成绩、批判性思维能力，同时提升了职业认同感，具有良好的临床应用价值。

Abstract

Objective

To investigate the application value of the Conceive-Design-Implement-Operate-Presentation-Assimilation-Discussion (CDIO-PAD) model based on Seminar teaching in the training of nursing interns in the operating room.

Methods

Nurses who interned in the operating room of The Affiliated Lianyungang Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from January 2024 to January 2025 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using the random number table method

with 60 participants in each group. The control group received the traditional apprenticeship teaching model

while the observation group received the CDIO-PAD model based on Seminar teaching. The theoretical knowledge and practical skills

and professional identity of the two groups were compared.

Results

After teaching

both groups showed improvement in theoretical knowledge and practical skills compared to before teaching. The observation group scored (80.47±4.

Conclusions

The CDIO-PAD model based on Seminar teaching significantly improves the theoretical knowledge and practical skill assessment scores

critical thinking abilities

and professional identity of nursing interns in the operating room

demonstrating good clinical application value.
