摘要

目的

探讨Seminar联合案例导入式教学对麻醉住培医师的培训效果。

方法

选取2022年参加培训的20名麻醉住培医师为对照组；2023年参加培训的20名麻醉住培医师为研究组。对照组采用传统教学方法，研究组采用Seminar联合案例导入式教学，通过麻醉专科能力考核和教学满意度进行评价。采用SPSS 20.0进行独立样本

检验和

检验。

结果

研究组学员在知识掌握方面得分更高：理论考核得分[（92.30±2.36） vs. （86.05±3.71）]与指南应用能力[2.00（2.00~3.00）条vs. 1.00（1.00~2.00）条]。技能操作方面得分更高：复杂病例处置得分[（88.00±2.08） vs. （82.50±3.52）]与单项技术得分[（92.15±2.56） vs. （90.35±2.06）]。临床决策方面得分更高：资源分配优化度（89.03±2.32）% vs. （86.45±2.21）%与处理方案合理性[3.50（3.00~4.00）分vs. 3.00（2.00~3.00）分]。团队协作方面：信息传递耗时更短[（35.80±4.06） s vs. （39.70±3.72） s]，角色混乱次数更少[（2.20±1.06）次vs. （3.50±1.15）次]。心理素质方面：压力操作稳定性更佳[失误率变化：（9.85±2.11）% vs. （12.95±1.93）%]，应急创新能力更强[创新方案数：2.00（1.00~2.00）个 vs. 1.00（0.00~1.00）个]。满意度调查显示，研究组学员在案例贴合临床需求、研讨互动提升思维、模拟增强自信、反馈针对性、推荐意愿及自评能力信心等方面优势明显。

结论

Seminar联合案例导入式教学能有效提升麻醉住培医师的理论知识整合能力、临床操作水平及应急决策能力，具有重要的价值。

Abstract

Objective

To explore the training effect of Seminar combined with case-based teaching on anesthesiologists undergoing residency training.

Method

Select 20 anesthesiologists who will participate in the training in 2022 as the control group; The research group consists of 20 anesthesiologists who will participate in the training in 2023. The traditional group adopts a three-stage teaching approach of theory operation training; The research group adopted a seminar combined with case-based teaching

and evaluated the anesthesia specialty ability assessment and teaching satisfaction. Perform independent sample

-test and

-test using SPSS 20.0.

Result

The research group students scored higher in terms of knowledge mastery: theoretical assessment score [(92.30±2.36) vs. (86.05±3.71)] and guideline application ability [2.00(2.00~3.00) vs. 1.00(1.00~2.00)]. Higher scores in skill operation: complex case handling score [(88.00±2.08) vs. (82.50±3.52)] and single technique score [(92.15±2.56) vs. (90.35±2.06)]. Higher scores in clinical decision-making: optimization of resource allocation (89.03±2.32)% vs. (86.45±2.21)% and rationality of treatment plans [3.50 (3.00~4.00) vs. 3.00 (2.00~3.00) points]. In terms of team collaboration

information transmission takes less time [(35.80±4.06) vs. (39.70±3.72 seconds)]

and there are fewer instances of role confusion [(2.20±1.06) vs. (3.50±1.15)]. In terms of psychological resilience

the stability of stress management is better [change in error rate: (9.85±2.11)% vs. (12.95±1.93)%]

and the ability to innovate in emergency situations is stronger [number of innovative solutions: 2.00 (1.00~2.00) vs. 1.00 (0.00~1.00)]. The satisfaction survey shows that the research group students have significant advantages in terms of case fit clinical needs

Conclusions

Seminar combined with case-based teaching can effectively enhance the theoretical knowledge integration ability
