摘要

本研究探讨新医科建设对医学博士培养的范式革新要求，通过国内外典型案例分析，结合我国医学院校调研，提出构建“跨学科知识融合—医教研产协同—人文价值培育”三维协同培养路径，并建立动态质量监测、学科交叉基金支持、导师动态评估保障机制，为医学博士培养体系改革提供理论借鉴和实践参考。

Abstract

This study investigates the requirements for paradigm innovation in medical doctoral education driven by the construction of New Medicine. Through analysis of typical domestic and international cases and empirical research in Chinese medical institutions

we propose a three-dimensional synergy pathway comprising cross-disciplinary knowledge convergence

medical-education-research-industry collaboration

and humanistic value cultivation. Supporting mechanisms such as dynamic quality monitoring

interdisciplinary funding

and dynamic mentor evaluation should also be established. This research provides theoretical and practical insights for reforming medical doctoral education system.
