摘要

目的

构建基础护理操作全景教学视频学习导航框架，以辅助全景视频教学，以期提升《护理学基础》实验教学效果。

方法

学习导航框架初稿基于4C/ID模型将复杂的护理操作分解为条理清晰的关键学习要点，根据全景视频的2种观看方式并结合陈述性知识和程序性知识的分类方法对学习要点进行分类。采用德尔菲法对18名护理教育或临床护理专家进行2轮函询，基于专家意见对学习导航框架进行修改及完善。

结果

2轮函询中专家共提出116条修改意见，问卷回收率均为100%。专家的判断依据系数（Ca）为0.956、熟悉程度系数（Cs）为0.878、权威系数（Cr）为0.917，2轮专家函询肯德尔和谐系数（W）分别为0.177、0.139（

0.001），2轮函询过后各条目重要性评分均高于4分、变异系数（CV）为0.00~0.19。最终构建的学习导航框架包含10项基础护理操作共73条操作技巧型学习要点、45条知识记忆型学习要点。

结论

本研究构建的学习导航框架过程科学、可靠，能够有效指导学生利用全景视频进行学习，为数字化教育资源的优化利用提供新的思路和方法。

Abstract

Objective

To construct a learning navigation framework for the 360-degree panoramic videos in teaching fundamental nursing operations

and enhance the effectiveness of the laboratory teaching in the course of Fundamentals of Nursing.

Methods

The initial draft of the learning navigation framework was constructed based on the 4C/ID model

which decomposed complex nursing operations into clearly structured key learning points. The learning points were classified according to the two viewing modes of panoramic videos and the classification of declarative and procedural knowledge. Two rounds of consultation were conducted with 18 nursing education experts or clinical nursing specialists using the Delphi method to construct the learning navigation framework. The framework was revised and improved according to expert advice.

Results

In the two rounds of consultation

the experts put forward a total of 116 amendments and the questionnaire recovery rates were both 100%. The judgment coefficient of the experts was 0.956

the familiarity coefficient was 0.878

and the authority coefficient was 0.917. The Kendall's coordination coefficients were 0.177 and 0.139

respectively (

0.001). After two rounds of consultation

the importance scores for all items were above 4 points

and the coefficients of variation ranged from 0.00 to 0.19. The final learning navigation framework for panoramic videos contained 73 operation skill learning points and 45 knowledge memorization learning points in 10 fundamental nursing operations.

Conclusion

The construction process of the learning navigation framework was scientific and reliable. The framework can be used to effectively guide students in learning with panoramic videos. Our results provide new ideas and methods for the optimal utilization of digital education resources.
