摘要

本文回顾了胜任力导向的医学教育（competency-based medical education，CBME）的现状及挑战，介绍了置信职业行为（entrustable professional activities，EPAs）的价值、构建和评价方法，探讨EPAs评价在放射科住院医师规范化培训（简称“住培”）中的应用。国际上已有研究构建了放射科住培通用的EPAs指标，也出现了针对乳腺影像和腹部影像亚专科的EPAs指标，但我国放射科住培中尚未见到EPAs相关研究。放射科住培EPAs的构建和应用研究在我国具有较大的发展空间与探索前景。

Abstract

This paper reviewed the current status and challenges of competency-based medical education

introduced the value

construction

and evaluation method of entrustable professional activities (EPAs)

and discussed the application of EPAs in standardized residency training in the Department of Radiology. Internationally

general indicators of EPAs have been established for standardized residency training in the Department of Radiology

with some efforts extending to subspecialties such as breast and abdominal imaging. However

there is no research on EPAs in standardized residency training in the Department of Radiology in China. Research on the construction and application of EPAs for standardized residency training in the Department of Radiology in China holds considerable potential for advancement and offers promising prospects for further exploration.
