摘要

目的

针对我国全科医生心身医学服务能力不足的问题设计能力培训方案，旨在提升基层医疗卫生机构的心理健康服务水平。

方法

引入胜任力导向的医学教育理念，以团队前期构建的“全科医生心身医学服务能力评价指标体系”为指导，通过调研了解全科医生能力现状和培训需求，在此基础上构建能力培训方案，涵盖五大培训模块共28学时，采用多样化教学方法，运用多维度能力评价形式。

结果

本研究构建的培训方案体现胜任力导向和需求驱动，兼具系统性和实践性。

结论

该方案为我国全科医生心身医学服务能力提升提供了潜在的培训路径，需通过实践进一步验证培训效果与推广可行性。

Abstract

Objective

To design a training program addressing the insufficient psychosomatic medicine service skills among general practitioners in China

and improve mental health service quality in primary healthcare institutions.

Methods

The competency-oriented medical education concept was introduced. The design was guided by the Evaluation Indicator System for General Practitioners in Psychosomatic Medicine Services previously constructed by our research team. An investigation was conducted to understand the competency and training needs of general practitioners. On this basis

a training program was constructed

comprising a total of 28 class hours and five training modules. This program employs diverse teaching methods and includes a multi-dimensional evaluation method.

Results

This training program demonstrated a competency-oriented and demand-driven design

featuring a systematic structure and practical applicability.

Conclusions

This training program may provide a potential pathway for enhancing psychosomatic service competency of general practitioners in China

and the training effectiveness and popularization feasibility need to be further verified through practice.
