摘要

置信职业行为（entrustable professional activities，EPAs）是胜任力导向的医学教育（competency-based medical education，CBME）实践中形成的概念，旨在通过临床工作中相对具体、易于获取的职业行为来评估相对抽象的能力。本文解读了中国台湾地区的放射科技师EPAs指标的构建过程和体系构成，并与国际上已有的放射科EPAs指标比较，探讨了其对大陆地区开展放射科EPAs相关探索的潜在价值和挑战。

Abstract

The concept of entrustable professional activities (EPAs) was developed during the practice of competency-based medical education. EPAs aim to evaluate the abstract capabilities through concrete and obtainable professional activities in the clinical practice. This paper interpreted the development and structure of the EPA indicators for radiotherapy technologists in Taiwan region of China. These indicators were compared to the existing EPA indicators for radiotherapy overseas. We also discussed their potential values and challenges for exploration of radiotherapy EPAs in the Mainland of China.
