摘要

本研究通过论述数字化背景下护理学专业教师评价素养的新形态、剖析数字化视域下护理学专业教师评价素养的发展面临的问题，提出护理学专业教师评价素养在数字化背景下的未来展望，包括建立多维度的数字化评价体系、数字化工具培训与教师素养提升、制定与护理学科特点相适应的评价标准、构建智能化评估反馈系统、加强教师评价标准的持续优化与修订、建立健全的监督与激励机制。综合这些措施，旨在增强护理学专业教师的评价素养，提升教育质量，推动护理教育现代化进程。

Abstract

This study discusses the new forms of nursing teacher evaluation literacy in the context of digitalization

analyzes the challenges faced by the development of nursing teacher evaluation literacy in the vision of digitalization

and proposes the future outlook of nursing teacher evaluation literacy in the background of digitalization. The outlook is mainly through the following aspects: establishing a multi-dimensional digital evaluation system

providing digital tool training and teacher literacy enhancement

formulating evaluation standards compatible with the characteristics of the nursing discipline

constructing an intelligent evaluation and feedback system

strengthening the continuous optimization and revision of teacher evaluation standards

and establishing a sound monitoring and incentive mechanism. Taken together

these measures aim to enhance the evaluation literacy of nursing teachers

improve the quality of education

and promote the modernization of nursing education.
