摘要

目的

构建护理微专业《围产保健与助产技术》课程体系，为基于微专业的助产本科课程体系的完善提供参考依据。

方法

依据国际助产士联合会（International Confederation of Midwives，ICM）对助产士核心能力的要求，结合护理本科专业及微专业的培养目标，运用文献分析法、德尔菲专家函询法明确《围产保健与助产技术》微专业的学习内容。通过专家讨论法，结合护理本科生培养方案与微专业学习内容，进一步确定课程设置及考核方案。本研究采用SPSS 26.0计算专家权威系数、肯德尔系数。

结果

2轮问卷的有效回收率分别达93.33%和100.00%，专家权威系数分别为0.907和0.900（均

0.8），专家肯德尔系数分别为0.272及0.286（

0.001）。明确了微专业包含5个一级条目、54个二级条目的学习内容，并据此设置了5门课程，构建了为期2学年、共10学分的线上线下混合式《围产保健与助产技术》微专业课程体系。

结论

本研究构建的《围产保健与助产技术》微专业课程体系科学、合理，能够为我国本科助产教育的科学构建提供进一步支持。

Abstract

Objective

To construct the curriculum system for the nursing micro-major "perinatal health care and midwifery techniques" and provide a reference for the improvement of the undergraduate midwifery curriculum system based on micro-majors.

Methods

According to the requirements of the International Confederation of Midwives for the core competencies of midwives

combined with the training objectives of undergraduate nursing majors and micro-majors

literature analysis and the Delphi expert consultation method were used to clarify the learning content of the micro-major "perinatal health care and midwifery techniques". Using the expert discussion method

combined with the training program for undergraduate nursing students and the learning content of the micro-majors

the curriculum setting and assessment plan were determined. This study used SPSS 26.0 to calculate the expert authority coefficient and Kendall coefficient.

Results

The effective recovery rates of two rounds of questionnaire consultation reached 93.33% and 100.00%

respectively. The expert authority coefficients were 0.907 and 0.900

respectively (both

0.8)

and the Kendall's coefficients of concordance were 0.272 and 0.286

respectively (

0.001). The learning content of the micro-major was clarified

including 5 first-level items and 54 second-level items. Based on the learning content

5 courses were set up

and an online-offline blended curriculum system for the micro-major "perinatal health care and midwifery techniques" with a total of 10 credits over 2 academic years was constructed.

Conclusions

The curriculum system for the micro-major "perinatal health care and midwifery techniques" constructed in this study is scientific and reasonable

and can further support the scientific construction of undergraduate midwifery education in China.
