摘要

目的

探究基于阶梯式带教联合案例工作坊在脊柱外科护士规培教学中的应用研究。

方法

选取2023年6月至2024年6月轮转到脊柱外科规培的100名护理人员为研究对象，根据入科先后将其均分为对照组、观察组，对照组采用传统护理规培教学，观察组实施阶梯式带教联合案例工作坊，对两组规培护士考核成绩、综合能力、自主学习能力及满意度进行比较。采用SPSS 26.0进行

检验和卡方检验。

结果

规培后，观察组护士理论考核成绩[（91.65±1.27）分 vs. （85.71±1.33）分

]

、操作考核成绩[（90.24±1.52）分 vs. （84.78±1.46）分

]

均高于对照组；观察组护士领导能力、危重症监护、教学与合作、计划与评估、沟通交流、专业发展评分均优于对照组（

0.05）；观察组护士自我动机信念、自我监控与调节、任务分析、自我评价得分均高于对照组；观察组护士教学满意度明显优于对照组。

结论

阶梯式带教联合案例工作坊可以有效提高脊柱外科规培护理人员的考核成绩，提升整体综合能力以及自主学习能力，并在一定程度上提升规培护士的满意度，值得在临床护理教学中应用。

Abstract

Objective

To study the application of step-by-step teaching combined with case workshop in teaching spinal surgery nurse residents.

Methods

A total of 100 nurse residents in spinal surgery from June 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into a control group and an observation group based on the order of enrollment. The control group received traditional nurse residency training

while the observation group received a training method combining step-by-step teaching and case workshop. The two groups were compared in assessment scores

and satisfaction. The

Results

After the residency training

the observation group outperformed the control group in theoretical assessment scores [(91.65±1.27) vs. (85.71±1.33)

Conclusions

The method combining step-by-step teaching and case workshop can effectively improve the assessment scores of spinal surgery nurse residents

their comprehensive ability and self-learning ability

and their satisfaction with teaching. This method holds significant potential for application in clinical nursing teaching.
