摘要

目的

比较基于网络的PBL与传统教学在老年医学课程教学中的应用效果。

方法

计算机检索PubMed、Embase、The Cochrane Library、Web of Science、中国知网（CNKI）、中国生物医学文献数据库（CBMdisc）、万方数据库，从建库开始至2023年10月1日国内外发表的关于基于网络的以问题为基础的学习（problem-based learning，PBL）在老年医学课程教学中应用的临床研究，经筛选文献、提取资料与评价文献质量后，采用RevMan5.4.1软件进行系统评价分析。

结果

本次研究共纳入14篇符合条件的文献，研究对象为1 436名医学生，教学内容为老年医学课程。Meta分析结果显示，基于网络的PBL在老年医学课程教学中的效果优于传统PBL或讲授式学习（lecture-based learning，LBL），可以提高医学生理论考试成绩（MD=3.53，95%CI=1.77~5.29，

0.001）、操作技能成绩（MD=5.92，95%CI=2.67~9.18，

0.001）、评判性思维能力（MD=9.30，95%CI=5.43~13.18，

0.001）及教学满意度（MD=1.75，95%CI=1.49~2.01，

结论

在老年医学课程中使用基于网络的PBL，可以提高医学生的理论考试成绩、操作技能成绩、评判性思维能力和教学满意度。

Abstract

Objective

To investigate the application effect of web-based problem-based learning (WPBL) versus traditional teaching in the teaching of geriatric medicine courses.

Methods

and Wanfang Data were searched for clinical studies on the application of WPBL in the teaching of geriatric medicine courses in China and globally published up to October 1

data extraction

and quality assessment

RevMan5.4.1 was used to perform a systematic review.

Results

A total of 14 eligible articles were included in this study

with 1 436 medical students as the subjects and geriatric medicine as the content of teaching. The Meta-analysis showed that WPBL teaching had a better effect than traditional problem-based learning or lecture-based learning in the teaching of geriatric medicine courses and could improve the theoretical examination score [mean difference (MD)=3.53
