摘要

目的

针对国内外现行的营养与食品卫生学研究生课程体系开展比较研究。

方法

综合运用文本分析、词频统计、定量评估和定性分析等方法，对课程目标、结构、内容、实施和考核5个维度进行逐一比较与系统评价，以识别院校间的特点与差异，并归纳本专业研究生课程体系的特征。

结果

研究发现，国内外培养模式整体存在较大差异。国内课程体系在灵活性、创新性方面尚显不足，且实践性有待加强。

结论

我国高校营养与食品卫生学专业研究生课程体系的建设应重视多元化、实践性和前沿性，丰富教学方式，加强校际交流，以促进高质量人才的培养。

Abstract

Objective

To compare the current postgraduate curriculum system of nutrition and food hygiene in China and abroad.

Methods

Program objectives

structure

content

implementation

and assessment were compared pairwise and systematically by text analysis

word frequency statistics

quantitative evaluation and qualitative analysis to identify the characteristics and differences among universities and to summarize the features of the postgraduate curriculum system for this field of study.

Results

Postgraduate training varied greatly between domestic and international programs. The curriculum system in China lacked flexibility and innovation

and their practicability required further improvement.

Conclusions

The postgraduate curriculum system of nutrition and food hygiene in China should prioritize diversity

practicality

and cutting-edge knowledge

utilize different teaching approaches

and strengthen inter-university exchange to foster the training of high-caliber talents.
