摘要

目的

探讨微信联合Teach-Back模式在乳腺癌改良根治术后患者功能恢复中的应用效果。

方法

选取2021年1-6月在我院行乳腺癌改良根治术患者148例，为传统组；2021年7-12月在我院行乳腺癌改良根治术患者182例，为改进组。传统组采用常规宣教和功能锻炼；改进组采用微信联合Teach-Back模式行健康宣教并指导患者行功能锻炼。分别于术后1、3、6个月比较2组患者Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分、生活质量评分及焦虑、抑郁评分。

结果

改进组患者术后1、3、6个月Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分均高于传统组，重复测量方差分析显示，2组患者肩关节功能评分在时间效应、组间效应和交互效应的比较差异均有统计学意义(时间点比较

结论

微信联合Teach-Back模式应用于乳腺癌改良根治术后患者肩关节功能康复的锻炼中，不仅能改善患者术后肩关节活动度，还有助于缓解患者的负性情绪并提高患者生活质量。

Abstract

Objective

To investigate the application efficacy of WeChat Platform combined with Teach-Back mode in shoulder joint recovery after modified radical mastectomy.

Methods

A total of 148 patients who underwent modified radical mastectomy in our hospital from January to June 2021 were recruited as the conventional group

and another 182 patients who underwent modified radical mastectomy in our hospital from July to December 2021 were included in the improved group. The conventional group received routine health education and functional exercises. The improvement group were given health education based on WeChat Platform and Teach-Back mode to guide patients to perform functional exercise and answer patients' feedback questions through WeChat every day. Results

Constant-Murley shoulder joint function scores were higher in the improved group than the conventional group at 1

3 and 6 months after surgery. ANOVA for repeated measurements showed that there were statistical differences in the Constant-Murley shoulder joint function score between the 2 groups in time effect (

Conclusion

For the patients underwent modified radical mastectomy

when WeChat Platform combined with Teach-Back mode is used to instruct the exercise of shoulder joint function rehabilitation

it can not only improve the shoulder motion

but also help alleviate the negative emotions and improve the quality of life of patients.
