摘要

目的

探索新兵的焦虑、抑郁、失眠、职业认同随时间变化的特点及职业认同与焦虑、抑郁、失眠的相关关系随时间变化的规律。

方法

采用广泛性焦虑量表、9项患者健康问卷、阿森斯失眠量表、军人职业认同量表对272名新兵进行2次追踪调查。

结果

① 随时间推移，新训期间新兵的焦虑、抑郁、失眠得分降低[

(基于负秩)=-5.134，-4.991，-5.915，

＜0.001

]

，职业认同升高[

(基于正秩)=-4.392，

＜0.001

]

；②新兵职业认同与焦虑、抑郁、失眠的相关程度均随时间逐渐减小，职业认同×集训时间对焦虑、抑郁、失眠的交互作用均显著(

Wald

=6.335，10.487，4.147，

＜0.05)。

结论

新兵新训期间焦虑、抑郁、失眠随时间推移降低，职业认同升高，职业认同在新训期间与焦虑、抑郁、失眠的相关程度降低。

Abstract

Objective

To explore the change features over time in anxiety

depression

insomnia

and professional identity in new recruits

and investigate the change rules in correlation over time of professional identity with anxiety

depression

and insomnia.

Methods

A total of 272 new recruits were surveyed twice with Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9)

Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7 (GAD-7)

Athens Insomnia Scale (AIS)

and Military Professional Identification Scale.

Results

Conclusion

During the new training period

anxiety

insomnia are decreased

and professional identity is increased over time. The correlation of professional identity with anxiety

depression and insomnia is declined during the training among the new recruits.
