Intervention of unhealthy mood and sleep quality in children with mild COVID-19 in makeshift hospital based on the response mode
To explore the role of response mode in the intervention of unhealthy mood and sleep quality in children with mild COVID-19 in makeshift hospitals.
Methods
2
A total of 111 children with mild symptoms of COVID-19 were recruited from the first Branch of the makeshift hospital located in National Convention and Exhibition Center (Shanghai) between April 19 and May 10 of 2022 by convenient sampling. This self-pre- and post-control study used response model of psychological crisis to perform intervention. Relevant scales were collected before and after the intervention
including self-designed general information questionnaire
COVID-19 fear Scale
Chinese version of Spence Children's Anxiety Scale and Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI). Data were collected using the electronic survey tool and were compared by the pre - and post-matching sample comparison method.

The response mode can improve the unhealthy mood and sleep quality of children with mild COVID-19 in makeshift hospital and it has clinical value for the intervention of children's psychological problems.
