摘要

目的

探讨规范化护理方案在经食道超声心动图(transesophageal echocardiography，TEE)检查中的应用效果。

方法

收集2019年9月至2020年2月在我科行TEE检查的患者395例作为对照组，实施常规护理。选取2020年3-8月行TEE检查的患者479例作为观察组，实施规范化护理。比较两组患者的满意度、检查成功率和不良反应发生率。

结果

观察组患者满意率明显提高(

0.01)，不良反应发生率明显降低(

0.01)。两组患者TEE检查成功率相似，均无食道穿孔及大出血等严重并发症发生。

结论

TEE检查时实施规范化护理方案可提高患者满意度和减少不良反应的发生率。

Abstract

Objective

To explore the effect of application of standardized nursing program in transesophageal echocardiography (TEE).

Methods

A total of 395 patients who underwent TEE examination in our department from September 2019 to February 2020 were enrolled and assigned into the control group and received routine nursing. Another 479 patients receiving TEE examination from March to August 2020 were assigned into the observation group

and standardized nursing was implemented. Patient's satisfaction

success rate and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the 2 groups.

Results

The satisfaction rate of patients was significantly improved (

0.01)

and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly reduced in the observation group (

0.01). The success rate of TEE examination was similar

and no serious complications such as esophageal perforation and massive bleeding were observed in the 2 groups.

Conclusion

Implementation of standardized nursing plan during TEE examination is of great significance to improve patient's satisfaction and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
