摘要

美国大规模杀伤性武器民事保障队由国民警卫队多兵种人员组成

每个州都至少有1支队伍。作为州属的应急救援力量

这些队伍有非常高的专业性、即时响应能力、综合保障能力

其组队、训练、认证、行动等方面的做法值得借鉴。

Abstract

The USA Weapons of Mass Destruction-Civil Support Teams (WMD-CST) is composed of various members of the US National Guard

and each state has at least 1 team. As state-owned emergency rescue forces

these teams have very high professionalism

immediate response ability

and comprehensive support ability. Their team formation

training

certification

and operation are worthy of reference.
