摘要

《第三军医大学学报》(以下简称《学报》)正式创刊于1979年。40年来，《学报》从无到有，从季刊到半月刊，逐步成长为中国精品期刊、中国百强报刊、百种中国杰出学术期刊。《学报》关注生命科学前沿热点问题，积极报道临床新技术新方法，军事医学特色明显。在严控稿件质量、防范学术不端、数字化出版与推广等方面做了大量工作，学术水平和办刊质量在国内综合性医学期刊中名列前茅。两度被评为国家期刊奖百种重点科技期刊，连续7年获得重庆市出版专项资金资助。编委会和编辑部不断发展壮大，编委会除囊括大学中青年学术带头人外，还增设特约编委和海外编委，纳入国内外知名科学家和海外热心《学报》工作的学者；编辑部团队加强学术交流，积极开展学术研究，在“防范学术不端”“出版伦理”方面形成了系列研究，并付诸实践，引起了业界广泛关注。展望未来，《学报》发展机遇与挑战并存，须学习、借鉴国内外先进办刊经验，走军事医学特色办刊之路，坚持不懈抓学术质量，重视编辑人才培养，努力提高《学报》的国际影响力。

Abstract

The

Journal of Third Military Medical University

(hereinafter referred to as the Journal) was officially launched in 1979. In the past 40 years

the Journal has grown from nothing to being quarterly to semi-monthly published

and has gradually grown into a top journal in China

awarded as "Outstanding S

T Journals of China"

"100 Outstanding Newspapers and Journals in China"

and "100 Outstanding Academic Journals of China". The Journal focuses on the hot issues concerning life sciences

actively reports new technologies and methods in clinical practice

and especially

contributes to the scientific advancement in military medical sciences. Great achievements have been made in strictly controlling the quality of manuscripts

preventing academic misconducts

digital publishing and promotion

and the Journal ranks the top of domestic comprehensive medical journals due to its academic level and quality. It was twice rated as "100 Key Journals of Science and Technology in China" by General Administration of Press and Publication of P.R. China

and has been granted for the Special Publishing Fund for Chongqing City for 7 consecutive years. The editorial board and the editorial office have continued to grow and develop. In addition to the young and middle-aged academic leaders in Army Medical University

the editorial board has also been added with special editorial committees and overseas editorial committees in order to recruit well-known scientists at home and abroad and overseas scholars keen on the journal. The editorial team strengthened academic exchanges

actively carried out academic

research

and formed a series of researches on "preventing academic misconducts" and "publishing ethics"

and put them into practice

which have aroused widespread concern in the publishing industry. Looking forward to the future

there coexist opportunities and challenges for the development of the Journal. We must learn from the experience of advanced journals at home and abroad

take the road of military medical characteristics

persist in grasping academic quality

attach importance to editorial training

and strive to improve the international impact.
